This is our in-house Christmas mix built from four Colombian varieties we love working with: Gesha, SL28, Caturra and Pacamara. We roast them together to keep things fun and a little unpredictable, so depending on how you brew it, different parts of the blend step forward. Think of it as a liquid advent calendar - a new little surprise in every cup, but always within that cosy, festive comfort zone that makes you want to go back for another brew.

Gesha Mandarin White Honey, El Placer, Colombia
This is El Placer turned up to eleven - a Geisha from Sebastián Ramírez, processed with his signature mandarin white honey method. It’s the coffee he’s proudest of, and the one that best shows what his style of fermentation can do.
Sebastián is a fourth-generation coffee grower from Quindío who walked away from law studies to take over his father’s farm, El Placer, in the village of Buenos Aires de Calarcá
